7 Cardinal Rules in Life

 One of the keys to have a vitalizing life is to follow the 7 Cardinal Rules in Life. These rules were written by Stephen Covey. 

1. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present. Your past does not define your future - your actions and beliefs do.
2. What others think of you is none of your business. It is how much you value yourself and how important you think you are.
3. Time heals almost everything, give it time. Pain will be less hurting. Scars make us who we are, they explain our life and who we are, they challenge us and force us to be strong.
4. Don't compare your life to others and don't judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we would grab ours back as fast as we could.
5. Stop thinking too much. It's alright not to know the answers. Sometimes there is no answer, not going to be any answer, never has been an answer. That's the answer! Just accept it, move on. 
6. No one is in charge of your happiness, except you. Waste no time and effort searching for peace and contentment and joy in the world outside.
7. Smile. You don't own all the problems in the world. A smile can brighten the darkest day and make life more beautiful.

LIFE Mantra

Welcome 2016! It's a new year! Now is the time to start something new, to help people, and improve our lives. Better yet, it's the year to have a vitalizing life!

This year, let us start each day with a mantra.  This was quoted from the book, Your Mind Powers by Dr. El March

"Life! Life! Life! I am filled and thrilled  with vitalizing life. I am alive, alert, awake, joyous and enthusiastic about life. I am the ever-renewing, the ever-unfolding expression of infinite life. My mind, body and affairs are now filled with rejuvenating life. I now see my pure perfect self, as it shines its radiant light into every cell of my body. I am clean and pure, healthy and free. All change in my life is in accord with God's ever-increasing good for me. I go through all changes easily to meet my supreme good. Life charges my mind, flows through my veins, permeates my tissues, nerves, muscles and cells. My eyes shine, my skin glows, my whole body radiates health."
